Week 25 Recap
This week, we got to start our PT with the annual battle for Nebraska with our sister detachment, AFROTC DET 465! It was a morning full of friendly and fun competition.
We all had an absolute blast, and in the end, DET 470 came out victorious! During LLAB, we focused on fire teams and how to properly utilize them and the importance of using them in the battlefield. We also learned how to use sign and countersign. For Thursday's PT, we did another HIlT workout to focus on getting those PFA scores up!

Week 24 Recap
This week, the cadets did an amazing job with their PFDs. Everyone has been training hard throughout the semester, and they’ve been putting in a lot of effort, culminating in outstanding scores.

During LLAB, we covered expedition skills related to IEDs and UXOs. Everyone excelled at calling in 9-line reports and worked effectively as a team. What a great way to kick off the week after break

Week 13 Recap!

On 23 November 2024, Cadets got the opportunity to present the American Flag on the ice before a Hockey Game for Military Appreciation Night. The cadets were joined with local JROTC cadets to walk the flag out, unfold, and present it to the arena and players during the anthem. Afterwards folding the flag and bringing off the ice. Big thanks to UNO Athletics for allowing Det470 to do this, and the Wolfpack gives its appreciation to all military members: active-duty, reserve, guard, and veterans.

For cadets, this week was the last push before Thanksgiving break. Furthermore, one of our Cadre will now be leaving us and moving on to the next chapter of her life: Thank you TSgt Stevens for all you've done for the Wolfpack!
