Well, it’s time to say goodbye to the amazing Ms. Kate.
Kate's story at CDC began long before she ever clocked in. She was one of our kiddos, growing up in these classrooms, and then came back at just 16 years old to join our team. Since then, she's worn more hats than we can count, always stepping up wherever she was needed with a smile and a can-do attitude.
For the past several years, while working toward her teaching degree, Kate has been one of the the friendly faces opening the center at 6:30 every morning (yes... every morning!), making sure the day got off to a great start. She also led our school-age program each summer, creating memories, adventures, and plenty of fun for our oldest kiddos.
This fall, Kate begins an exciting new chapter as a kindergarten teacher, and we couldn't be prouder. She has worked incredibly hard to reach this milestone, and we know her future students are gaining someone who is patient, compassionate, creative, and truly loves helping children learn.
Kate, thank you for growing up with CDC and for giving so much of yourself to the children, families, and coworkers who have been lucky enough to know you. While we're incredibly excited for all that's ahead, it's definitely going to feel a little quieter around here without you (especially at 6:30 in the morning!).
Congratulations on this well-deserved achievement. We'll miss you more than you know, but we'll be cheering you on as you begin this wonderful new adventure. Kindergarten is lucky to have you—and so were we.~Kris, Jodi and your CDC coworkers

Sending a very belated goodbye (Alli left at the beginning of
July…I really need to be more on top of these things) and good luck to Miss Alli!
Alli's journey with CDC has truly come full circle. She first walked through our doors as one of my preschool students, and years later, her dad brought her back as a teenager with a simple request: "She needs a job!" Little did we know we'd be lucky enough to have her become such an important part of our CDC family.
Over the years, Alli worked with just about every age group before finally finding her happy place in the infant room, where she shared her patience, kindness, and caring heart with our littlest learners.
This fall, she'll continue coaching high school volleyball (because apparently she likes keeping busy!) while beginning her student teaching. We have no doubt she's going to make an incredible teacher and continue inspiring kids wherever she goes.
Alli, we're so proud of everything you've accomplished and excited to see what's next. Thank you for growing up with us, growing alongside us, and leaving your mark on so many children and families.
We'll miss you more than you know—but we're cheering you on every step of the way. Wishing you all the success and happiness in this exciting new chapter!~Kris, Jodi and all your CDC coworkers

Sorry Hadley 🫣

It's more than a little late, but some goodbyes deserve to be said no matter when they happen.
Thank you for the love, patience, and care you poured into our tiniest little humans over the years. You made countless bottles, changed more diapers than anyone should ever have to count, and somehow still managed to come back each day for more. That takes a very special person!
While we're sad to see you go, we're so proud of you as you begin this exciting new career. They are incredibly lucky to have you, just as we were.
Your dedication and compassion have left a lasting mark on our center, and you'll be missed for a long, long time. We hope this next chapter brings you happiness, success, and every opportunity you deserve.
Wishing you nothing but the very best. Don't be a stranger—we'll always be cheering you on.

Today, we say goodbye to Miss Sarah who has spent many years doing one of the most important jobs there is—loving, teaching, and caring for our littlest learners.
Your patience, kindness, and dedication have helped shape countless young lives, and your impact will be felt long after you've walked out these doors. You have celebrated countless milestones, and survived more diaper changes than anyone should have to admit!
While we're sad to see you go, we couldn't be more proud of you and all you've accomplished. Watching you take this next step toward your new career is exciting, and it's a testament to your hard work, determination, and the incredible person you are.
Thank you for the years of laughter, compassion, teamwork, and unwavering commitment to our children and families. You have truly made a difference, and you will be greatly missed.
We wish you every success, endless happiness, and all the wonderful opportunities your new career has to offer. Just remember—if you ever find yourself missing toddler hugs, sticky fingerprints, or being called "Mom" twenty times before lunch... our doors are always open!
