Congratulations to Mr Raffety on being chosen to receive the Distinguished Teacher Award from the National Council for Geographic Education. He will be recognized at a ceremony in Richmond Virginia on October 16th!

Mr Raffety will be taking his former high school English teacher Karen Palmer with him to Richmond to accept the award, as she played an intricate part in his journey to becoming a geography teacher. Miss Palmer taught for 22 years in Millard Public Schools.

Calling all our future Eagles! Join us for a morning of cheer fun. It's time for CHS Cheerleading Kiddie Camp! Last day to register is Sept. 12!

Clinic: Saturday, Sept. 26 | 10:00–12:30
Performance: Halftime on Friday, Oct. 2 @ the Varsity football game vs. Benson, 7:00 PM

Cost: $40 (includes clinic, t-shirt, pom poms & performance spot!)

Thursday, August 27, is picture makeup day for students who didn't have their photo taken over the summer. Students will get a pass during Eagle Time to come down during the day. Photo retakes are $5, payable tomorrow to the photography company. Photos are taken in the Dramatorium (basement 4-side) starting at 7:20AM through the end of the school day. This is your last day to get your photo taken for the 26-27 school year.
