Such a bittersweet day yesterday.
The children had a wonderful time!
Three of them had their last day at the Playschool House. I knew the day was coming. Kindergarten calls and that’s my purpose to send them off to their next adventure. They are READY but my heart never is🥹.
I’m so very thankful for amazing families finding me, trusting me, and sharing their magical children. No matter how old we all get lol your children are always welcome to check in on the Playschool House and more importantly lol ME, MsErika
Thank you💛

I just watched this Potty Training video and it’s Great!
It has parent tips in the corner of the screen.
I would watch it without your child first and then watch it with them😃

Part of learning is figuring things out. That can’t be done when micromanaged. Let your child stretch themselves with a little struggle. They’ll learn determination, resilience, problem solving, and Self esteem. These things genuinely can’t be learned with assistance. They can be learned where they know it’s okay to fail. When given suggestions they learn that failing is less than okay.

When making 6lbs of homemade playdough, don’t use your favorite, old wooden spatula 🤦🏻‍♀️😆
