Another successful Fun Run is in the books! 🏃‍♂️💨

Of course, we had to celebrate hitting our fundraising goals in style... which meant the ultimate sliming and Ice Bucket Challenge for some of our amazing staff! 🟢🧊 A huge thank you to everyone who donated, cheered, and made this day such a blast. We love our Panda community! 🐼❤️ Plus, it was extra special as we welcomed back some of our former Paddock Pandas who graduated from high school this year! It was so incredible to hear about their next chapters and see how far they’ve come. 🎓✨

Last week, our 1st graders had the opportunity to visit the Safari Park and Lauritzen Gardens for a fun-packed Field Trip Day! 🦒🌸 From exploring wildlife up close to discovering beautiful gardens, students had an unforgettable day full of learning, adventure, and fun!

Last week, we had the joy of watching Westside Middle School’s Jazz Band and Show Choir, Westside Connection, perform! 🎶✨

What an incredible performance!! It was also so special to see some former Paddock Pandas shining on stage. We are so proud of all of your hard work and talent! 🐼💙

Our 5th graders had the amazing opportunity to participate in Dancing Classrooms through WhyArts Inc. this year! 💃🕺

For 10 weeks, students practiced twice a week in preparation for their Showcase Performance. The program focuses on building confidence, joy, respect, and community — and our students truly shined!

We are so proud of our 5th graders for stepping outside their comfort zones, supporting one another, and putting on an incredible performance. Paddock Road is very proud of you, 5th grade!!! ⭐ Plus, we loved seeing the whole school interact with one another for one last dance!

🎉 Our April Staff Member of the Month is the one and only Mrs. Veskerna!!! 🎉

Mrs. Veskerna always goes above and beyond to support every student with patience, kindness, and encouragement. She creates a safe and welcoming environment where all students feel valued, supported, and capable of success. Her positivity and dedication make a difference each and every day, and we are so lucky to have her at Paddock! 💙🐼

Fundraising for our Fun Run has been in full swing, which means our school has been full of fun! As we’ve reached different fundraising milestones, students and staff have celebrated in some pretty exciting ways... from duct taping our Administrative Assistant, Mrs. Koneck, to cookie decorating, dunk tank fun with some of our very own teachers, a glow-stick dance party, and an extremely fun all-school water fight! 💦🍪✨

What an amazing time for our school community, especially as we begin wrapping up the school year. Thank you to all of the parents who have helped in countless ways — we truly could not do it without you. And thank you to our incredible staff members for joining in on all the fun and making these memories so special for our students.
