We spend so much of our time focused on what’s happening outside of us that we forget to pause and notice what’s happening within.
Life can move quickly and it becomes easy to stay busy rather than be present with ourselves. Over time, we lose touch with what we’re feeling and what our bodies are trying to communicate.
Often, it’s only when something interrupts our usual pace that we’re reminded to slow down and turn inward.
Today, see if you can pause for a moment and gently check in with yourself. 🍃

The Flower Moon rises on May 1. It’s named for the way the earth is in full bloom, with life showing itself everywhere you look.
It has long been seen as a time of growth, renewal, reflection, and a moment to notice what is coming into form, both around us and within us.
It’s a good time to ask yourself: What in my life is starting to bloom? What have I been tending that is finally beginning to show itself?
