Creighton Bluejays Athletic Performance is centered around our Pull, Press & Squat Philosophy. All Student-Athletes adhere to a regimen that includes pulling, pressing and squatting in a variety of strength and power movements.
Yoga in the Ryan is back on. Sunday, October 28th at 5pm. Be there!
There will be no yoga in the Ryan on October 14th and October 21st. Yoga will resume on October 28th. Have a great fall break!!

You might ask yourself, "why should I eat a good breakfast?" Here's a couple answers to that question...

Last yoga session of the school year for our student-athletes tonight! 5pm in the Ryan Center. Be there!
Student-Athletes, we only have two more yoga sessions this year. Yoga this Sunday, February 18th and the following Sunday, February 25th in the Ryan Center at 5pm! Take advantage of these opportunities!
