There may still be a few weeks of summer left, but exciting things are happening across the Mary Our Queen campus! Classroom renovations, new cabinetry, a boiler replacement, preschool updates, new crosses, a new classroom phone and intercom system, and an updated STEAM room—bringing art and STEM together—are helping prepare our campus for another wonderful year. Our beautiful National Blue Ribbon School signage is also now proudly displayed!

We are especially grateful to the MOQ Men’s Club and everyone working behind the scenes to make these improvements possible. We can’t wait for our students and families to see what’s new!

It’s hard to believe we’ve already turned the calendar to August! The countdown to a new school year is officially on—and it’s time to start gathering those school supplies!

Our 2026–2027 grade-level supply lists are now available. Supplies may be dropped off in your child’s homeroom during Back to School Night on Monday, August 17, from 6:00–7:00 p.m.

Dear MOQ Families,

It is with heavy hearts that we share some sad news with you.

Yesterday, Denise Goddard, MOQ Resource Teacher, lost her husband, Brock, in a tragic boating accident in Canada.

And, today, Jim Fisher, husband of first-grade teacher Theresa Fisher, died after a long battle with a rare genetic condition.

As a faith community, we pray for Denise, Theresa, and their families. While some of you know these teachers well and others have not had the opportunity to meet them yet, both Denise and Theresa are amazing examples of our faith in action. They are devoted to their families and our school community. We know their faith, family, and friends will guide them through their grief. Please keep them in your prayers.

Tomorrow, July 23rd, the school staff is gathering for a rosary in the MOQ Church at 10:00 AM. All are welcome.
