So many of my clients are stuck in this place.
They've got monthly visits to the massage therapist. Weekly visits to the chiropractor. They spend hours every week doing PT exercises, icing, heat, stretching. But the pain isn't getting any better. If anything it's only getting worse.
I call it the management trap, and I know from over a decade of working with women in pain that it's an exhausting, demoralizing cycle that leaves you feeling broken and hopeless.
It's also a major drain on your time and 💸.
You're willing to put in the work, but it sure would be nice to see results!! If this is you, you are a great candidate for my process!
Let's get you strategies that actually provide relief and that get you back to the active, confident woman you always hoped to be at this stage of life.

I use neuroscience-backed strategies to help women move from "fragile" to resilient, helping them return to the productive, active lives they’ve worked so hard to build.
Neck and TMJ pain can be so stubborn, precisely because we often ignore the less tangible aspects of our experience. The body image is a combination of the physical body, the body schema (how our body senses itself), our nervous systems predictions about our reality, and so much more.
Unlike the physical body, it can't be fixed with medicine, surgery, or procedures. Which is why pain can be so stubborn.
My client's body image needs rehabbing. And yours could probably benefit as well.
Take my neural audit to understand your nervous system's role and your pain.
And get started on an evidence-based process for relief today.
Yeah, you can lift heavy with a chronic pain issue.
Most people think a pain flare means they’ve damaged a tissue. But today, my client proved that’s rarely the whole story.
She walked in with severe knee and ankle pain. Instead of canceling, she stayed mindful, adjusted her approach, and hit three PRs—completely pain-free. 🏋️♀️
How? Because she’s learned that her pain isn't a sign of injury; it’s a "check-engine light" for her nervous system. She realized her sleep was off and her nutrition had slipped. Her body wasn't "hurt"—it was under fueled and under-recovered.
Pain care isn’t just about rest and ice. It’s about:
✅ Building the confidence to move when you’re hurting.
✅ Understanding that movement is medicine, not a threat.
✅ Addressing the lifestyle factors that prime your system for pain.
Ready to stop guessing why you're hurting and start training with confidence?
Let’s look under the hood of your nervous system so that you can get back to your active lifestyle.

We’ll find exactly where your system is getting stuck so you can get back to the heavy lifting you love.
Hurt does not equal harm.
When you're stressed and your pain flares, it can be tempting to try to manage your tissues.
But it's the "Self" that needs management. Your sleep, your diet, your sense of safety and feeling supported.
And most of all, to know that the flare will pass.
If you've been managing your tissues, with no success, it's time to address your nervous system.

🧠✨ If you’ve been stuck in the 'one-lever' approach (only diet, only stretching, only rest), it’s time to look at the whole system.
My Neural Audit helps you find the missing piece in your pain story in under 5 minutes.
Comment 'AUDIT' below to get started.
Why “eating perfectly” is a catch-22 for chronic pain. 🥨🧠
I see this so often in my work with women in midlife:
We find a "culprit" like sugar or gluten, and we go all in. We become diligent. We become perfectionists. We cut it out entirely, hoping the pain will finally vanish for good.
And sometimes, it does—temporarily.
But here is the catch-22 no one tells you:
When you live in a state of hyper-vigilance—constantly monitoring every bite, restricting your joy, and stressing over "hidden" ingredients—your nervous system stays on high alert.
To your brain, that restriction feels like a threat. And a threatened brain is a brain that stays in a high-sensitivity pain loop. 🛑
Nutrition is a powerful lever, but it is not the only lever. Real, lasting change happens when we look at the whole system:
Your nervous system "tuning"
Your hormonal landscape
How safe movement feels in your body
If you’ve been pulling the nutrition lever and you’re still stuck, it’s time to look at the rest of the map. 🗺️
I created the Neural Audit to help you identify exactly where your system is stuck so you can stop guessing and start regulating.

If you’re a high-performer, your default setting is to outwork the problem. But when it comes to chronic pain and perimenopause, "powering through" is actually fuel for the fire.

Recent data from an NYU study of over 700 women found a direct link between health-related anxiety and accelerated biological aging. When you spend your day scanning your body for symptoms or worrying about your declining health, you aren't "being proactive"—you’re keeping your nervous system locked in a survival loop.
The Science of the Shift: The same research shows that shifting your internal narrative about aging can physically improve your health and cognition. Healing isn't about doing more; it's about signaling to your body that it is finally safe.
Stop trying to "solve" your symptoms with stress. Start regulating the system that controls them.

"Self-care" has been washed out and weaponized.
It’s often used to imply that if you’re burned out, it’s simply because you aren’t "trying hard enough" to relax. It ignores the fact that our society is built to exploit the very qualities—care, connection, sacrifice—that make us human.
The fact is: Most of us don't have the support to do it consistently. That isn't a personal failure. That’s a systemic reality.
In my coaching, we move beyond the squirt-gun solutions. We acknowledge the house is on fire and we grab the heavy-duty tools. Care for self isn’t a luxury; it’s an act of reclamation.
I want to hear your thoughts: Does the term “self-care” p**s you off, or have you found a way to make it yours? Drop a comment below. 🎤
