Paranormal Distraction Paranormal Distraction is a Paranormal Research team located in the Midwest. We investigate claims of the paranormal including many well-known locations.

We strive at givng our clients peace of mind and take pride in the fact that we show respect and concern for those that need our help. We have sensitives and a trusted guest medium, as well as highly experienced investigators that use their skills to help others. We will not use any evidence that is not clearly unexplained and we believe it to be a true haunting or of paranormal activity. We have

conducted many experiments on "Orbs". Though we believe they do exist we do not commonly use them, as they can be very questionable and are usually particles of dust or bugs. However, if we believe that we have in fact captured an orb, vortex, manifestation or shadow we will share that information with other professionals in the field to better determine what it is. We do extensive amounts of research for every property we investigate. After collecting information about the people that occupy the premises or have previously, history on the land and building/structure, dates, deaths, significant stories, we then set up a date to conduct the investigation. During an investigation we observe, document, record base readings through the entire facility, record the weather, measure the electric magnetic field and record any activity including personal experiences. With use of our high tech equipment and experience we can usually determine a haunting within the first investigation. Following the investigation we review all pictures, audio and video equipment and record any evidence we find. If we collect evidence to reveal we will then provide that information to the client or the family in which we are helping. Our team members are located around the midwest, therefore we are able to cover a broader area. We also have an extensive list of other respectful and trustworthy teams that we can assist you with, if we cannot help you or if you are out of our coverage area.

General information

HAUNTINGS; A haunting can be determined through the process of observation, documentation, evidence and by process of elimination by debunking. This process is important to help determine whether or not you are experiencing a true haunting. We recommend that the client documents any activity they may experience. Write down the date, time and activity, when it happens. SIGNS OF A HAUNTING; Noises that cannot be explained, voices or whispers, objects moving, objects being thrown, objects that come up missing or appear out of no where - a lot of times it can be coins or jewelry, sounds of footsteps, strange odors - to***co or perfume scents that are unexplained, hot or cold spots, scratchings, feel of something touching or tugged on you, hair pulled, getting shoved or hit, illness for no apparent reason, weakness/depression, attacks, visibly seeing dark shadows or mist, doors opening or closing, lights turning off or on, appliances turning off or on-especially if unplugged. REASONS; The reasons may not always be known as to why we are being haunted. Here is some helpful information to assist you when looking for answers. Look up the history on the land, home or building. Questions to ask... could there of been any burials sites near, deaths that occurred there, artifacts that you may have or "someones" family heirloom, were there or are there dealings with some sorts of magics or spirit boards? This is solely our opinion and a guide of possible hauntings. Please keep in mind that just because you may have some of these experiences does not mean you have an actual haunting. This would be determined upon an investigation. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
