Power Pilates blends traditional Pilates principles with dynamic strength and athletic movement to create a full-body workout. Using tools like gliders, resistance bands, and light weights, this class focuses on building core stability, muscular endurance, balance, and control while keeping the body moving.
Expect Pilates-inspired exercises, functional strength, and occasional bursts of intensity to challenge your entire body. This class is designed to improve posture, strengthen your core, and leave you feeling strong, energized, and balanced.
