Columbian Elementary

Columbian's annual Fun and Fitness Day will take place on Tuesday, May 19th. We are in need of several volunteers to help out at the various stations in the afternoon. Grades Pre-k through 2nd will participate in the morning with 5th graders running the stations. Grades 3-5 will participate in the afternoon when we will need adult help! Today we were able to dodge the raindrops and make our way to Burke High to see the musical "The Descendants." It was EXCELLENT!!

Last ditch effort! We are still looking for volunteers for our May 8th Careers on Wheels Day! We currently don't have enough to hold the event and we're hoping not to cancel. Please see the flyer below to see if it's something you could sign up for or know of someone who would be willing to share about their career. We currently have a police officer, a Comb and Collar (pet groomer) and Farrel's Extreme Body Shaping ... We need at least 7-8 presenters to hold the event.

Columbian students had the pleasure of watching the Beveridge Middle Show Choir perform! It was great seeing some former Cobras showing off their talents!

Read Across America 2026 was a BLAST!!
