A big thank you to the alumnae who joined our seniors at Senior Retreat last night! They spent time in small groups sharing stories from their years at Mercy, where life has taken them since graduation, and how their Mercy experience helped shape the women they are today.

💛Our Mercy Monarchs Varsity Volleyball Team is proud to GO GOLD for the fight against Pediatric Cancer alongside Angels Among Us. Last night, Mercy and Gross Catholic, alongside 50 volleyball teams throughout Nebraska, put on golden jerseys in solidarity. 💛

Our girls continue to grow into Women of Mercy by acting with "A Voice For Dignity and Respect" as advocates. This core value encourages our students to be forceful defenders, supporters and sometimes spokeswomen for the values and people we hold dear. 💙💛

We have chosen our book and we are ready to roll for our September Alumnae Book Club!

We will meet on Tuesday, September 29 starting at 6:00 p.m. in the MHS library. We will be reading March by Geraldine Brooks which reimagines the absent father from Little Women, following him as he serves as a Union chaplain during the Civil War and is a 2006 Pulitzer Price for Fiction winner.
