African Immigrant Family Services (AIFS) received a $500 donation from two African-owned businesses, ๐„๐๐ฎ๐ญa๐ข๐ง ๐‚๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐๐œ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐‹๐‹๐‚ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐†๐จ๐จ๐ ๐•๐ข๐›๐ž๐ฌ ๐„๐ฏ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐‹๐‹๐‚, in supporting AIFS Youth Program.

The contribution was formally presented on ๐…๐ž๐›๐ซ๐ฎ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ, ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”, ๐š๐ญ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐€๐ˆ๐…๐’ ๐จ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ž. The funds will directly support youth development initiatives at AIFS, including mentorship, educational enrichment, and culturally grounded programming designed to serve African immigrant and refugee youth in the Omaha community.

Leaders from both businesses emphasized their commitment to reinvesting in the community and supporting programs that empower the next generation.

AIFS continues to partner with community members, entrepreneurs, and cultural leaders to expand opportunities for youth and strengthen African diaspora engagement in Nebraska.
