It was awesome having a new student check out class and break his first board! The highlight was seeing his confidence go from "I can't do it" to the smile and strength that followed!

THIS Saturday 5/9 is our Annual Moms on the Mat. Little Dragons (ages 5-7) will have their moms on the mat with them at 9am and gups/all ranks (ages 8+) will follow at 10am. This class is a VERY basic class so please don't be nervous. We promise to make it fun. The kids love the opportunity to show their moms what they are learning and it even gives them a chance to be teachers. We encourage ALL mom figures to join us so if you are a mother, stepmother, foster mother, adoptive mother, grandmother, aunt, niece, female cousin or the fun neighbor lady, come on out and join us Saturday. We look forward to a great time with treats and a special celebration to thank the women in our lives who shape us all!

This is a great way to try something new and active with your child, so please come check us out!

Welcome Lydia! Our newest Little Dragon. She's so smart and spunky with kihaps that sound like kitty cat meows! We are excited to watch her learn and grow. 🥋🐱🩷

One of the greatest rewards we have as teachers is when our students are so thoughtful. Zola brought Mr. Lewis this squishy little sloth because she knows he likes sloths. And he learned the hard way that this was a distraction during warm ups when he had it on his shoulder!
