Marilyn was a friend to all, and not just a "casual, how are you" friend. She really cared. She remembered your joys and your struggles and she cared. We were lucky to have her as a classmate and a friend. She always had a smile, and she was a great listener. She will forever be our friend💟. Two years since God called you home to Him. Dan, prayers and hugs to you and your beautiful family today and everyday as you spend time remembering our guardian angel.👼

Omaha teacher Virginia Nedley, 90, had flair for languages
She taught at numerous area schools, staying the longest at North High. Nedley taught English, Spanish, French and Latin. She even taught Japanese after learning it via television along with her high school students.

As Eric Kessler said earlier, Mrs Nedley was an awesome teacher. Latin was one of few high school classes that I can still say that I use on a regular basis, except of course for English with Mr. Coulter and his word boxes!
Thank you Mrs. Nedley!
