We are back with our staff introductions! We are so grateful to our mighty EL team who supports English language learners in our building.

Today was our very first WILDCAT WEDNESDAY! A huge shoutout to Mrs. McCleery and Mrs. Kerr who put a lot of time into planning fun and intentional meeting topics and activities for our teachers and students. This year we are implementing something new- Wildcat Packs! These small groups within our larger Montessori and traditional classroom pairings will have the opportunity to get to know each other better throughout the year as they problem solve, collaborate, and reflect with one another more closely. Ask your child about their pack and our Wildcat Wednesday activities from today.

Today was a great reminder of the many ways MPS supports new staff throughout the year!
Our new behavior coaches—counselors, psychologists, and social workers—came together for some timely, just-in-time professional learning focused on student needs
We support our educators so they can, in turn, better support students—that’s what it’s all about!
