We establish consistent, age-appropriate limits to allow children to function in their world. We teach children the words to express their emotions and help them come up with solutions to solve their own problems. This enables children to develop the consequences of their own actions. The development of our staff is a continuous process, which includes attending workshops, listening to guest speakers, attending college level early childhood courses, and frequent discussion. Staff members are encouraged to visit other programs, and to take classes related to child development. The strength of our program is the dedication of our staff. We are proud that our children are happy to be here and that they embrace a sense of ownership to our program. The children ARE our program.
