Heartland Family Karate Heartland Family Karate practices a traditional Okinawan karate called Goju Ryu. Our temporary dojo is at Countryside Community Church near 132 & Pacific.

This Saturday is the Cornhusker State Games Karate Tournament in Lincoln. Register today! If you can't compete please show up to cheer our students on (and to meet other nice people from different dojos).
