The Hope Walks Here Creighton University Campus walk was a success! The Creighton Law Team raised the most money as a team contributing to su***de prevention! Thank you to our 1L rep and upcoming 2026-2027 VP of Communications for putting together a team, and thank you to everyone who donated or supported the cause.

Join the Creighton Law SBA with the Iowa SBA on Wednesday April 8 from 4:30-6:30 pm for another fun night of bingo!

Creighton Law, through our 1L Rep created a team to participate in the on campus su***de prevention walk!
It takes place SATURDAY APRIL 11!
Check-in will take place at 10:00am. The event will start at 11:00am.

👗 Dress Code: Formal (“law prom” vibes)
🚗 Parking: If needed, you may leave your cars overnight (pick up by 9:30 AM Sunday)
🍸 Bar: 1 drink at a time, no shots (available for purchase after tab runs out)
🍽️ Food: Heavy hors d’oeuvres
🚕 Free Ubers (10 PM–12:30 AM) thanks to Hauptman O’Brien — 1 voucher per student (ride together to maximize!).

Congratulations to everyone else who got out of the library and moved your body on the court! This event was incredibly fun to host and we were so happy with everyone participating!

Law students, please join us tonight from 8-10 pm at Fifth House for February’s FAC in collaboration with the Black Law Students Association. Fifth House is located at 3901 Farnam St Ste B, Omaha, NE 68131.

This FAC’s sober monitors are: Margi Patel, Lauren Solomon, and Haylie Vallery. They are available to assist you if needed.

1. Fifth House is located at 3901 Farnam St Ste B, Omaha, NE 68131. Blackstone construction has lightened slightly, but parking is still a bit messy. Park Omaha built a new garage by Revival House in addition to available street parking. 
2. Shots and higher shelf liquors are not included on the tab. The bar has already been advised of these restrictions, and you will be responsible for the cost. 
3. Please bring BOTH your Creighton and State ID. Nebraska  STATE LAW requires that you bring a physical copy of your ID. Not a picture, not a promise, and Nebraska does not yet recognize ID apps. Bringing your Creighton ID ensures that this event is for Creighton students; if you have a guest with you, that is fine. The hope is to avoid totally non-affiliated patrons from adding to our bill. You will receive a blue wristband from security so that you can order from the tab. 
4. ONE drink per person per order at a time. Period. Bartenders will not give you more than one at a time. Please don’t argue with them or be difficult. It’s not cute, and they’re just doing their job. 

We’ve had plenty of FACs at this point. Y’all know the deal by now, and if you don’t know, now you know. 

It is not clear if our wristbands will give you admission to First Round, who they share the wall with. We obviously have no control over their decision, so just remain cool and cooperative if you’re planning to continue your night.
