In addition to all of the big end-of-the-year projects, we have been focusing on community building, spending time with our Kinder Buddies, celebrating all of the hard work we have done this year, and reflecting on our elementary school experience together. We have loved making memories, looking back on how much we have grown, and soaking in these final moments together before middle school. Enjoy a few photos from these special last few weeks!

Our 5th graders transformed Hitchcock into their very own arcade today! Inspired by Caineβs Arcade, students used creativity, problem-solving, and the engineering design process to design and build interactive arcade games that our school community could actually play! 5th graders were so proud to share what they created, and we loved seeing everyone come together to play and support their hard work. πΉοΈπ―π

History came to life at our 5th Grade Wax Museum today! From kings and queens to inventors, leaders, artists, athletes, and authors, our students did an incredible job bringing their historical figures to life. We are so proud of the hard work, creativity, and effort that went into making this such a memorable event. A special shoutout to this yearβs costumes. Several students had us doing double takes!
We were also thrilled to raise over $530 for our school! Thank you to the families who were able to attend, as well as our Hitchcock students and staff, for helping make our 5th graders feel so special! π―π
