School teaches you how to become a dental assistant.

Experience teaches you how to become a great one.

Never be embarrassed to ask questions.
Never be too proud to accept correction.
Never stop learning.

I’ve been a dental assistant since 2007. I’ve worked in private practice, oral surgery, education, and now as a dental clinic director. And after all these years, I still learn something new.

The assistants who grow the fastest aren’t always the smartest, they’re the most teachable.

✔️ Arrive early.
✔️ Stay organized.
✔️ Protect your patients.
✔️ Support your doctor.
✔️ Help your teammates.
✔️ Be willing to do the little things that no one sees.

Those habits will take you further than talent ever will.

Remember…
People may forget how fast you worked, but they’ll never forget how you made them feel.

What an amazing day! ❤️🙌

Today, we had the privilege of hosting another successful American Heart Association CPR class, and my heart is full! Seeing healthcare professionals, local businesses, and our Dental Assistant Education Center students come together to learn lifesaving skills is exactly why we do this.

A huge thank you to our incredible Creighton instructor for delivering an outstanding class and helping ensure everyone left feeling more confident and prepared to respond in an emergency.

After 15 weeks of hard work, dedication, and hands-on training, these two students have successfully completed the Dental Assistant Education Center program! 🦷

Watching our students grow in knowledge, confidence, and clinical skills is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. We are so proud of everything you’ve accomplished and can’t wait to see the impact you’ll make in the dental field.
