Bryan High School Drama Department

We had our sitzprobe tonight. This is the first time the pit and the actors get to work together and sing through the entire show. Lots of hard work happening for this musical. You don’t want to miss it!

Last day of Nebraska Festival COMPLETED!!!
☆We had a nice morning watching "Trap" where Nebraska students had a month to memorize the script then 7 hours to rehearse the ENTIRE show together. (Sadly no photos)
☆Two of our members left to host a show choir festival at Bryan, AWESOME JOB SURROUND SOUND! 🐻🐻🐻

2nd day of Nebraska Festival COMPLETED!!!
☆We attended a wonderful class where .shirlee gave informative advice about costumes as well as the industry.
☆Our members saw 2 FABULOUS musicals, "Ride the Cyclone" and "Bright Star".
☆ We end our night at a dance where we were partying with other Nebraska high schools!

1st day of Nebraska State Thespians Festival COMPLETED!!! (Although very drenched from the rain)
☆Our troupe saw 3 amazing one acts from different schools around Nebraska!
☆ They had the honor of having guests speakers such as Mayor of Omaha, John W. Ewing Jr. and Shirlee Idzakovich, who tailors to A-list celebrities including Ariana Grande and Beyonce.
☆At the end of the night, our members were able to play UNO with 16 students from other schools in NE. Quite the big game!
