Creighton Campus Ministry

This past March, 92 retreatants and leaders gathered at the beloved Creighton University Retreat Center in Griswold, Iowa for our 54th installment of the Encounter with Christ Retreat. Greeted by stunning spring weather that felt more like summer, retreatants and leaders found themselves drawing closer to God through nature, shared liturgies and prayer, student and staff reflections, and small group sharing. While the formal theme of the retreat was Farm Life, it was brought to life through the home-cooked meals, quiet moments of reflection, a dance party, and deep sense of connection – an encounter with God and with each other.
