🎉Student Success celebrated our incredible student employees this week with a full lineup of appreciation events! 💙
From welcoming students and helping them navigate Creighton's resources to serving as tutors, Decurions, peer mentors and more—our student employees make a lasting impact across campus every day. We truly couldn’t do this work without them.

Special thanks to our Student Success Staff of Becca, Seth, Marcella, Monique and Yajaira for planning such a fun week of celebrating our students 👏

Big moments start with someone believing in you đź’™

Wilson, a first-generation student and now published author, turned his story into something bigger than himself. His book Marked by Adoption is now part of Creighton’s library and the Library of Congress.

But behind that milestone is something even more powerful… support.

After connecting through the First Flight program, Alison, Assistant Director in the Office of Student & Family Support, and Mary Ann, Senior Director at The Success Center, didn’t just listen… they showed up.
“Their support means everything. It’s not just about me… it’s about opening doors for others too.”

That’s what First-Gen Fridays is all about.
