KidVanced School of Sugar Creek

This week, our students learned all about camping! Students enjoyed playing in tents, using binoculars to observe the world around them and gathering around a campfire!⛺

Students were also SO excited to have their first music and gym classes of the school year! 🎵⚽

We love Library Fridays with Ms. Caresa! Once a month, our Preschool and Pre-K students attend a library lesson where Ms. Caresa will read a few books that respond with corresponding weekly curricular themes. Each storytime is followed up with fun activities aligned to those themes! 📖♥️

This month, library tied into our Wacky Olympics week! 🥇 Students had a blast at the book (bean bag) return toss, book balancing and stacking book boxes to make a tower!

We loved seeing so many families tonight at our 2026 Back to School Night!

As a new school year begins, we want to wish all of our KidVanced students—past and present—an amazing year ahead!

Watching our students grow, learn, gain confidence, and eventually head off to their next big adventure is one of the greatest privileges of what we do. And while they may leave our classrooms, they never truly leave our KidVanced family. ❤️

Our staff spent Friday preparing for the new school year during our In-Service Day! We’re looking forward to another year filled with learning, growing and making memories. 📚❤️

We’re SO excited to welcome our new and returning students tomorrow for the first day of school! We can’t wait to see everyone and kick off a wonderful year together! 🎒🐨

☀️ We wrapped up our summer programming with our annual End of Summer Bash! Our students had a fun-filled day filled with a foam party, bounce house, water play, chalk obstacle course, and popsicles!

To our graduating students and those heading off on new adventures, we are so proud of you and wish you all the very best! It was so wonderful to be a part of your journey! 🐨🫶🏽

🚀 What an out-of-this world week! Our students had so much fun learning all about space, from planets and stars to astronauts and rockets!

Our Pre-K classes also enjoyed a special planetarium visit where they could step into a traveling planetarium and explore the wonders of space! 🌌

We are taking our imaginations to new heights as we explore all things that FLY!!. From colorful hot air balloons and soaring airplanes to discovering how airports work.

Watching curiosity take flight is one of our favorite parts of the day!
We can't wait to "soar" into our next adventure next week learning about All American Space.

July has certainly been fun-filled one here at KidVanced! Students have loved the visits from Magician Jeff Quinn and Stormy, the Omaha Storm Chasers mascot!

We've also had a couple of dress up days to tie into our weekly themes of 'Take Me Out to the Ball Game' and 'Wild, Wild West'! Yeehaw! 🐎

Many of our families either donated to and/or attended our fundraiser for Ms. Becky last month! Here is a message that she wanted to share with everyone in response to the immense amount of kindness from our KidVanced community!💜
