1st Thursday Dancefit was a success!! 😃 And, it turned into a Crunch Deerfield reunion! These guys plus a few more, who weren't able to make it, all decided to join me at the YMCA when Crunch closed this past March. I'm so happy our relationship continues, just on a different dance floor. Love them! ❤️ Southwest YMCA

The Summer schedule at Southwest YMCA starts this Monday. I'm excited for my new Dancefit class on Thursdays at 6pm starting this Thursday, June 4th! 😁 Checkout all the classes Southwest has to offer with some amazing instructors!! ❤️💪😊
Man, look at me go! 😂😂😂Genesis Redmon has done it again with her insanely talented advertising skills. This one had me immediately crying laughing.
One night of no Dancefit has me missing my Dancefit class and crew! But, good news is, next week, we have TWO Dancefit classes!!! In addition to Monday night's class, our 1st Thursday evening class starts on June 4th! 😁 And, I have more new songs! 🙌
