College is full of new experiences. Make sure confidence is one of them.

Whether you’re heading off to college this fall, commuting to campus, or simply want to feel more prepared in everyday life, this seminar is for you.

Studies consistently show that young women ages 18 to 24 experience the highest rates of sexual violence, with college-aged women at particularly high risk. While no class can eliminate that risk, having practical skills, increased awareness, and the confidence to respond can make a real difference.

Our 4-Week Women’s Self-Defense Bootcamp starts January 11 and meets every Sunday at 12 PM.
This program is designed to help women build real, usable self-defense skills in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.

You’ll learn:
• Practical self-defense for real-life situations
• Boundary setting and awareness
• How to move with confidence and purpose
• Skills that work regardless of size or experience

No experience needed. Just show up willing to learn.
