Olympia School District is having a 3-hour late start today for inclement weather -icy roads & snow. Per our policy, this means Sunshine Preschool will be closed today, Monday, February 3, 2025.

It's that time of year again!😊Fall is in the air and the new school year is beginning. Maybe time to think about preschool for your little one?
Please consider Sunshine preschool for your child. We currently have several openings in the following classes:

*AM Pre-k class (older 4’s -5 year olds) MWF 9a.m.-12:00 p.m.
*OUR PM PRE-K CLASS IS CURRENTLY NOT OPEN *

*A.M. Preschool (3- young 4’s). T TH. 9-11:30 a.m.

5-Day class (MWF 9-12 & TTH 9-11:30 am

Mask Up! Talking to Young Children about Wearing Masks While wearing masks is something new for all of us, toddlers and preschoolers respond well to the safety and security of daily routines.

Another preschool year done. Though it was a challenging year, we thank GOD for His protection and guidance in every situation.
We celebrated with this Garden Party with fun memories, games and a great performance. I wish I took more pictures. Especially of our upcycled decorations. (Parents - if you have any please share here).

We celebrate and thank our Sunshine Preschool parents. We have an amazing bunch this year! :)

Spring is amazing! Not many April showers, so we enjoyed the outdoors. Indoors kept us busy too with ice cream shops, volcanoes and babies to care for.

Easter activities

An extension to the book 'Ten apples up on top' was the apple cutting challenge. Lots of cutting, gluing counting, comparing and ordering by size. They persevered and did their best.

Last month we recreated winter snow in the classroom. This week we experience the real thing. Enjoy the snowy weekend!
