Most athletes seek mental training when something goes wrong.
Confidence drops.
Performance slips.
Anxiety increases.
Pressure starts to feel overwhelming.
Then they want a session.
Elite performers think differently.
They don’t wait until they’re struggling.
They create routines.
Just like strength training, nutrition, and recovery are scheduled into their week, mental performance training becomes part of their process.
The goal isn’t to fix problems.
The goal is to prevent them.
Confidence isn’t built in a crisis.
Focus isn’t built under pressure.
Resilience isn’t built when you’re already overwhelmed.
Those skills are developed long before they’re needed.
The athletes who consistently perform at a high level aren’t necessarily the most talented.
They’re the ones who train their minds before they have to rely on them.
Elite Mentality isn’t about reacting to problems.
It’s about building a mindset that keeps problems from controlling your performance in the first place.
Which athlete are you?
Proactive: Mental training is part of your routine.
Reactive: You seek help when things start going wrong.

Most athletes wait.
Elite athletes attack.
The hunter mindset doesn’t force the moment, it prepares for it.
You stay patient. You trust your training. You let the game unfold.
But when the opportunity appears…
YOU attack.
Attack the golf course.
Attack the opposing pitcher.
Attack the football play.
Attack pressure.
Attack doubt.
Attack the moment.
Confidence comes from preparation.
Ex*****on comes from aggression with control.
Be the hunter, not the hunted.

🔥 This week I drove from Tacoma to Spokane to work with a group that faces pressure every single day. 🔥
Mental toughness isn’t just for athletes. The ability to stay calm, focused, and decisive under pressure translates across every high performance profession, especially for the men and women running toward chaos when everyone else is running away.
At Elite Mentality, we train the mindset behind performance:
•Focus under stress
•Emotional control in high pressure moments
•Confidence in critical decisions
•Resilience through fatigue and adversity
Huge thank you to the firefighters who showed up ready to learn, grow, and sharpen their mindset. Your commitment to improving your mental performance impacts not only the job, but every person and community counting on you.
Honored to make the trip and be part of it. The work continues.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mothers out there.
Behind every strong mind is often an even stronger foundation. Today we celebrate the ones who first taught us resilience, belief, and the power of showing up. Mothers are our biggest supporters and the roots of our mental strength.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.
Between my work with athletes and Special Forces, I truly believe I have the best career I could have ever dreamed of. Collaborating with such high-level performers, people who push limits every single day, is a privilege I don’t take lightly.
This bat is more than a gift. It’s a reminder of the relationship built, the trust earned, and the shared commitment to excellence.

Linked up in with a real one. One of the Athletics top prospects.
Been training mental skills for 4 years together and first time seeing him play in person—true 5-tool, mentally tough, certified baller, and the best is yet to come.
Remember the name Henry Bolte.
