Leadership Thurston County develops informed, skilled and committed civic leaders. The program begins in September and ends in June.
LTC participants come from a variety of backgrounds reflecting the diversity of Thurston County. They share a commitment to improving our community and a desire to assume meaningful leadership roles. The year includes opening and closing retreats, as well as monthly day-long sessions called Challenge Days. There is a graduation celebration for graduates in June at the end of the program.
