Asking for help as a mom can sometimes feel like more work than it's worth

Oftentimes we have to explain all the steps and show someone what to do, which takes longer than if we just did it ourselves.

Not to mention we are the mental load we still carry til the task gets done.

Our solution? Start small.

One easy task to delegate to that person who is the easiest to ask for support.
