PFNCA 2025 End of Year appeal - Parkinson Foundation of the National Capital Area description

PFNCA will be operating under holiday hours from today at 12pm (12/23) to 9am Friday, 1/2/26. During this holiday period, PFNCA will hold one online exercise class daily at 10am EST (and in-person classes at Brook Grove are as normal).

PFNCA will resume it's normally scheduled programming Friday, January 2, 2026.

PFNCA was proud to celebrate the opening of Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center at a Block Party on October 25th. Our mascot AMP showed some love to the attendees, and we handed out information about signs of Parkinson’s Disease!
