We did it, Falcons! Thanks to our incredible community, we’ve already surpassed our Founders Day goal, raising more than $115,000!

But we’re not done yet! Our 58-hour campaign continues until 9 p.m. tonight.

Reunion Challenge Update: The Class of 1991 is currently in the lead! Can another class catch them? Rally your classmates, make a gift, and help your class climb the leaderboard. The winning class will receive special GC-branded merch!

Also, a generous Board member will give an additional $2,000 to GC’s Greatest Needs if an additional 50 alumni give to the Fund for GC by the end of the day.

On September 8, 1958, Good Counsel opened its doors. Today, we celebrate that legacy by investing in the next generation of Falcons.

For the next 58 hours, alumni from every class are coming together to give back and every gift can go further. Thanks to a generous board member from the Class of 1989 all gifts from alumni to GC’s Endowment will be matched dollar for dollar, up to $7,500.

Plus, another board member from the class of 1984 has issued a $10,000 challenge that will be unlocked when 58 alumni give by noon on September 9.

Who was the teacher who changed your life? In the latest issue of The Counselor, alumni from multiple generations shared stories about the Good Counsel teachers who encouraged them, challenged them, and helped shape who they would become. For Fred Wintrich ’64, the lessons of the Xaverian Brothers still guide him today. “I am still operating my life off of those four years.” For MacKenzie Green ’06, it was the teachers who recognized her creativity and potential before she fully saw it herself.
