Some of you may have known that we bought some property in Coal Field to develop a training facility. It has been a long road but construction on the new buildings will be happening soon. The range will have a 25 meter range, 50 meter range, 300 meter range, 2 shoot houses (UTM Rounds only), Vehicle tactics area, class rooms and a show room.

The team at LRRAT is looking forward to calling this place home and teaching some of the best people we have met. Past students have reached out to us over the past few months and have asked when are planning on releasing new courses. Over the past 18 months, we have reviewed our courses and added a couple of new ones that we have enjoyed teaching among the Instructor Staff.

One section of training we are going to focus on in 2023 are a couple of medical courses that focuses more on Field Medical training. We offer Tactical Combat Casualty Care and Tactical Evacuation Casualty Care but a few of the students have asked if we can build a class that helps people that have taken a Stop the Bleed or Basic CPR classes and give them just a little bit more training. Neil and Ryan have tasked the Medical Team to develop a class that will build on the basics of First Aid and provide a higher level of training for the average person.

Range Day Goals!

To all of my East TN real estate friends. We held a Real Estate agent pistol course last year and had a good turn out. We have had a few people ask if we can do another one. So, we have add this course to our October Course schedule. If you know Mike McPherson, his company is coving a portion of the course cost to all agents who sign up.

Pistol Tactics for Real Estate Agents is a course designed specifically for Real Estate agents. Students learn how to stop threats effectively and safely in a controlled environment. This course helps agents to be prepared for threats while in unfamiliar environments.

Summer Training Schedule

We have added more classes to the summer schedule. Classes will cover from Basic Firearm Training to our more advanced Level 2 and Night Time Courses

We are planning courses for the rest of the year and a topic of ammo availability was brought up. If we were to offer 2 price points on the classes, 1 with ammo and 1 with out ammo cost, would this help determine if you would take the course?

LRRAT has the ability to get 223 and 9mm training ammo from one of our vendors. If the ammo is bought for the course, the cost of the ammo would be a discounted rate.

It has begun. Range is officially being developed!!

You asked for distance, so we made it happen!!! We have had a lot of request for us to put in a range with more than 100 yards. We are working with our range development team and we will be able to offer a 400+ meter range.
