💜 OUR CHILDREN ARE LOVED HERE

As the Owner & Director of Paige’s Rising Stars Learning Academy, I want families to know something that is very important to me:

Your babies are not just enrollment numbers to us. They are precious little lives entrusted to our care. ⭐

I am a very hands-on Owner/Director. You will find me in our infant room throughout the day—holding babies, talking to them, checking on them, helping with feedings and diaper changes, and making sure they are comfortable and receiving the care they deserve.

And I am extremely proud of my staff! ❤️ My team is well-trained, and much of that training and guidance comes directly from me. I lead by example and make sure my teachers understand the level of patience, gentleness, cleanliness, supervision, and love I expect when caring for our babies.

I train my staff to provide the same quality of care that I expect from myself. I don’t just tell my teachers what I expect—I get in the classroom and SHOW them. That’s what being a hands-on Owner/Director means to me.

Infants require patience, gentleness, cleanliness, and LOTS of love. ❤️

We take diapering seriously. Our babies are checked regularly, and we work hard to make sure they are clean, dry, and comfortable. When cleaning and changing our infants, we use a gentle and caring touch because their little skin is sensitive.

Babies may experience diaper rashes, teething, blowouts, spit-ups, scratches, fussy days, and many other normal parts of infancy. But one thing I want families to always know is:

WE CARE. 💜

I would never knowingly allow a baby to sit in a soiled diaper, nor would I intentionally handle or wipe a child roughly. I expect that same standard of care from every teacher working with our children.

Parents, we understand that leaving your infant in someone else’s care requires a tremendous amount of trust. We welcome questions and concerns. We simply ask that we work together as a team—with communication, respect, and trust on both sides.

At Paige’s Rising Stars Learning Academy, our goal is for every little star to feel safe, clean, comfortable, protected, and LOVED. 🌟

As an Owner/Director, I’m very active in all of our classrooms. No matter how busy my day gets, I make it a priority to put a name with a face every single day. ❤️⭐️

Every child who walks through our doors is precious to me. It would absolutely break my heart if something happened to any one of our babies.

Hearing about the baby who was tragically left on a daycare bus truly breaks my heart. 💔 It is a painful reminder that we can never become too busy, distracted, or rushed when it comes to the safety of our children.

Parents, caregivers, teachers, and childcare providers: Please always know where your child is. Before walking away from your vehicle, take those few extra seconds to LOOK IN THE BACK SEAT. Check the car seat. Check every seat. Check every row. Every child. Every time.

Accidents and mistakes can happen to anyone, which is why we must have safety checks in place and follow them EVERY SINGLE TIME.
