Head instructor Jeffery Baker - Black Belt in Pasaryu and WTF Taekwondo. Holding rank in both Shotokan and Kenpo Karate. Trained in KOBUTO Style Japanese Weaponry, Phillpino escrima and Chinese Weaponry. Competed on the National NASKA and RSKC Karate Circuit for 5 years. National Champion in 1995, 4 Regional Titles.

I am canceling classes tonight and Saturday morning. As most of you know, im moving to a new home and I am alot overwhelmed right now with everything that needs to be done. I really need the next few days to get things taken care of. We will resume normal classes Sunday. If one of my adult black belts wants to teach tonight or Saturday, message me.

Honoring master Kang Rhee today who passed away 7 years ago today, the founder of Pasaryu. He was an innovator in the martial arts who created a hybrid style that we love and practice. I remember a qoute from a video interview of him back in the 80's. He said, "to be a true martial artist, you must be 50 percent student, and 50 percent instructor. You teach to learn, and you learn to teach.". I have lived my life as a martial artist with those words in mind. Rest high on that mountain master, you planted many seeds that flourish today. SUN!

Sunday, July 12th DC Dragons has the opportunity to put on a demonstration at great commission church. We will be doing this as part of their camp. This is an amazing opportunity for us to pull in new students and market our school. If you want to participate, we will be having a brief 30 minute practice this Saturday from 1045-1115 to assign roles and mark our way through the demo. I need firm commitment as we will be designing our presentation. Let me know, and I will see you Saturday.
