North Iredell FFA had 38 students compete in 11 Career Development Events at the NC FFA Convention in Raleigh this summer. Students were recently recognized at the BOE meeting to highlight some of their achievements.

Dalton Jordan competed in the NC FFA Employment Skills state contest and placed 3rd in the state.

Wyatt Cline competed in the Agriculture Tools & Materials Identification contest and placed as 3rd high individual.

14 students were awarded their Old North State degrees.
These students meeting the requirements for the degree are
Devin Barker, Mason Brown, Paxton Cook, Lanie Estes, Jonathan Hall, Morgan Harrington, Mckinley Hepler, Brayden Hill, Dalton Jordan, Shane Nicholson, Kyla Quanz, Chance Weatherman, Chace Wike, and Katie Wilson.
