🥁🍂 Finding Our Rhythm This Fall! 🍂🥁

Participants in our Transitions Program had an amazing time during a high-energy DrumFIT class! Using drumming, movement, and music, everyone worked together to build coordination, stay active, and most importantly, have fun. 🎶💪

The room was filled with smiles, laughter, and plenty of rhythm as participants followed the beat and encouraged one another throughout the class. Activities like DrumFIT promote physical wellness, teamwork, confidence, and self-expression in an engaging and inclusive way. 🎶🍂🥁
