Life Update!
I will be back to hosting classes in February. Check out my Event page for more info.

I have finished physical therapy for my injured knee. I'm doing okay. So I decided to get back to hosting class. In the process of hobbling around though, I have aggravated my opposite hip. So, after exploring what's going on there, it was recommended I have a total hip replacement, which I'll be setting up for this coming summer.

I've missed you all. My body is a little weary but getting back to moving and grooving with you all will lighten my spirit.
