Southern Tier Catholic School / Walsh Southern Tier Catholic School & Archbishop Walsh Academy is a Catholic preK-12 school in Olean NY We are one school, located in the heart of Olean, N.Y.

Southern Tier Catholic School (STCS) and Archbishop Walsh Academy (Walsh) - the only private Catholic school in the Southern Tier to offer Montessori, Elementary and High School educational experiences for your child. Merged in 2010, the two private schools are located on one campus, with STCS offering Montessori for 3-5 year olds and kindergarten through eighth grade, while Walsh serves ninth through twelfth grade.

Our uniform policy and links to purchase new uniform items are posted in the room for your convenience.

As your child outgrows their uniforms, we welcome donations of clean, gently used items so they can be passed along to the next family. Your generosity helps keep this resource available for everyone!

A familiar sign has found its new home!

The Archbishop Walsh sign that once welcomed students at our former location is now proudly displayed at our current school on 921 N. Union St., Olean - a symbol of both our rich tradition and an exciting new chapter.

With Archbishop Walsh Academy now enrolling 9th-grade students, families can continue their child's education in one location, from the early years through high school, as we grow one grade level at a time.

We are excited to build on the legacy of Archbishop Walsh while creating new memories for generations to come.
