PATIENT VOICES | VETERAN đŸ‡ș🇾

Sgt. Hansen has spent years doing things he was told might be impossible.

A U.S. Army and Marine Corps Veteran, William broke his neck and fractured his spine in Iraq. He rebuilt his life through rehabilitation, work, family and eventually competitive Strongman.

But by 2023, he says he had reached a plateau in his strength and recovery.

That’s when Neuro20 became part of his routine.

William reports better muscle coordination, less daily pain, faster recovery and better sleep. And for him, those changes aren't just about lifting more weight or placing higher in competition.

William works 40–45 hours a week on his feet. He trains most mornings. And perhaps most importantly, he’s a dad to seven children — six daughters and a 4-year-old son.

His time, energy and ability to recover matter.

As William puts it, Neuro20 became the “missing ingredient” that helped him recover, manage his pain and sleep well at night — so he could keep doing the things that matter to him.

Yes, that includes placing 3rd at the Over 50 Masters Nationals and competing at the Arnold’s International Masters.

But it also means being able to keep showing up for work, for training, and for seven kids who call him Dad.

That’s the part of William’s story we love most. 💙đŸ‡ș🇾

If you're a Veteran living with a neurological injury or condition, these numbers matter.

Behind the statistics are Veterans working every day toward greater movement, function and independence.

And for many, neurological needs don't end when a rehabilitation episode does.

Progress can take time. Maintaining progress takes work. And continued access to appropriate rehabilitation tools can matter long after someone returns home.

That's why we believe Veterans should know about the technologies and options available to discuss with their care teams.

Neuro20 is a patented, FDA-cleared whole-body neuromuscular modulation system available for federal procurement through the GSA Schedule.

If you're receiving neurological or rehabilitative care through the VA, ask your care team whether Neuro20 may be appropriate for your individual rehabilitation goals.

Your diagnosis may be different. Your next question can be the same.

PATIENT VOICES | VETERAN

Behind the numbers are real Veterans. Real lives. Real journeys.

Chris is a U.S. Air Force Veteran whose neurological injury profoundly changed his mobility and independence.

But his story didn’t end there.

He kept working. Kept training. Kept pushing toward greater function.

This video captures part of that journey, from relying on a wheelchair and significant assistance for movement to standing, walking and continuing to challenge his body, with Neuro20 incorporated into his rehabilitation.

And that’s what makes Chris’s story so powerful.

It isn’t one moment. It’s the progression.

Neurological recovery can be a long road, and every person’s journey is different. But stories like Chris’s remind us why continued rehabilitation, access to new technologies, and the opportunity to keep working toward greater independence matter.

This week, we’ve been talking about the neurological needs of America’s Veterans.

Chris puts a person behind those numbers.

We’re incredibly proud that Neuro20 has become one of the tools in his journey — and even more proud to watch him keep moving forward.

Always great to see how clinicians are actually using Neuro20 in practice.

Dr. Kaiser The Keiser Clinic shares how his team incorporates Neuro20 into neurological rehabilitation, including individualized stimulation during purposeful movement and the ability to extend training from the clinic into the home.

This is exactly the kind of clinical implementation we envisioned when developing Neuro20.

Thank you, Dr. Kaiser, for sharing your experience and continuing to explore what’s possible in neurological care.

Well worth the watch. 👇https://zurl.co/cuC31

VETERANS: ASK YOUR VA CARE TEAM ABOUT NEURO20.

Built by Veterans. Now available to serve Veterans.

If you’re a Veteran living with a neurological injury or condition and working to improve or maintain movement, muscle function, range of motion, circulation, or physical performance, Neuro20 may be worth discussing with your VA physician, physical therapist, or rehabilitation team.

Neuro20 is a patented, FDA-cleared, non-invasive, drug-free whole-body Electrical Neuromuscular Modulation System designed to support purposeful neuromuscular training.

It can be integrated into structured rehabilitation in the clinic and, when prescribed, continued at home - helping extend care beyond the traditional clinical setting.

Neuro20 is now available to the federal healthcare system through the GSA Schedule, creating a pathway for VA facilities and clinicians to evaluate and access the technology.

You don’t have to wait for your provider to discover every new technology.

Ask them: “Could Neuro20 be appropriate for my care?”

If they’re not familiar with Neuro20, have them contact us. We can provide the clinical, product, and federal purchasing information they need to evaluate the technology.

Advocate for your care. Ask about Neuro20.

PATIENT VOICES | TBI

Ten years ago, Jason suffered a traumatic brain injury after a cycling accident.

What followed was years of therapy — and everyday movements that most of us never think about became something he had to consciously navigate.

A curb. A corner. A flight of stairs.

Jason describes how using Neuro20 as part of his neurological rehabilitation helped him with balance and made those movements feel more automatic again.

In his words: “I can go around a corner and start halfway up the stairs and wonder, ‘How did I get here?’ without even thinking about it.”

For someone living with the long-term effects of TBI, that kind of change can mean much more than movement.

It can mean less mental effort. More confidence. More normalcy in everyday life.

Jason has now been using Neuro20 for few years and says it continues to be an important part of his rehabilitation routine.

Because recovery after TBI is not just about what someone can do in therapy. It’s about what they can do without having to think about every single step.

What is Neuro20?

It’s a question worth answering clearly.

Neuro20 is the only FDA-cleared, patented, whole-body Electrical Neuromuscular Modulation System (ENMS) for medical use, including application over unhealthy or impaired tissue.

Through a software-controlled Smart Suit, clinicians can precisely target individual areas or engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously during movement and training.

20 electrodes. 44+ muscle groups. One integrated system.

But perhaps the most important distinction is this:

Neuro20 doesn’t simply measure the body. It actively intervenes through neuromuscular modulation.

And that intervention doesn’t have to end when the clinical session does.

Neuro20 can be integrated into structured rehabilitation in the clinic and prescribed for continued use at home — helping patients maintain gains, continue progressing, and extend clinician-guided neuromuscular training beyond the traditional episode of care.

It is not intended to replace rehabilitation or the clinician.

It gives rehabilitation another tool — and care somewhere to continue.

For Ben, TBI wasn’t an event that simply ended when the injury was over.

Benjamin sustained a traumatic brain and spine injury from a fractured occiput. What followed was an ongoing neurological journey that included neuropathic POTS, chronic pain, disrupted sleep, and the challenge of managing his health beyond traditional care.

Ben first discovered Neuro20 after seeing it used with neuropathic POTS patients. He began working with a trainer in New York City and eventually decided he wanted access to Neuro20 at home.

In his words:

“What I’ve found is that the benefits compound. The more consistently I use it, the more I notice — in my chronic pain patterns, in my POTS symptoms, in my sleep.”

Today, Ben describes Neuro20 as “a genuine part of how I manage my health.”

His story is also an important reminder: the effects of traumatic brain and neurological injury can extend far beyond the initial injury and traditional rehabilitation.

There is rarely one answer. But continued access to the right care, tools, movement, and support can matter tremendously in the journey that follows.

Because neurological needs don’t simply end when structured care does.
Thank you Benjamin for sharing your voice and experience with Neuro20!

The Care Cliff doesn’t have to be where progress ends.

We’ve spent the past few weeks talking about what happens when structured neurological care becomes less frequent or ends.

But identifying the Care Cliff was never the goal - Bridging it is.

No single technology, including ours, is the answer by itself. Neurological recovery takes clinicians, patients, caregivers, repetition, time, and the right tools working together.

Neuro20 is one of those tools.

Our role isn’t to replace rehabilitation — or suggest that putting on a suit solves the challenges of a neurological condition. It’s to help extend the work started in clinical care, carrying purposeful neuromuscular training into the home and everyday life — helping patients maintain hard-earned gains while continuing to work toward greater function and independence.

Clinic → Home → Life.

Technology should support — not replace — the people doing the work.

Because the goal isn’t simply to complete rehabilitation.

It’s to give progress somewhere to go.

Every regained movement tells a story.

For people living with Parkinson's disease and other neurological conditions, progress is often measured in moments that many of us take for granted, a steadier hand, greater confidence while standing, or the ability to perform everyday tasks with more control.

This video highlights one patient's progress during their course of treatment. While every person's journey is different, it serves as a reminder of why innovation, research, and continued access to neurological care matter.

We're proud to support clinicians as they explore new ways to help patients maximize function, independence, and quality of life.
