💜 Walking with Purpose. Walking for Hope. 💜

Today, BSC students volunteered at the Walk to End Alzheimer’s at Corwin Nixon Park in Mason!

Our students understand that healthcare is about so much more than science and medicine. It’s about empathy, compassion, and showing up for others. 💜

The Promise Garden is one of the most powerful parts of this event. Each colorful flower tells a story — honoring someone we’ve lost, someone living with Alzheimer’s, a caregiver, or someone standing in support.

🤍 And then there is the white flower which representing hope for the first survivor of Alzheimer’s, someday in our future.

We are incredibly proud of our students for giving their time to a cause that touches so many families and loved ones.💜
And thank you to Ms. vonHaefen for her passion and dedication to this cause that will carry forward through our students for generations

Butler Tech Bioscience hosted over 30 guests from colleges, businesses, and military branches at the annual College, Career, and Military Fair on Friday Oct. 2. Students heard presentations and visited tables around the school, learning about various programs and opportunities post-graduation. Students were very engaged in asking questions and making connections.

Positive feedback from multiple colleges include, “This is my favorite fair of the recruiting season”, and “The College Fair was excellent, and your students were wonderful to talk to. I had a constant stream of very engaged and charming students asking a lot of great questions. Whatever your teachers do to prepare them is working!”

We love our partners and can’t wait to host again next year! 💙🧡
