When I share posts like this, itâs not to brag. Thatâs just not who I am (thanks, Mom and Dad đ). I share because Iâm proud.
Iâm proud of the kiddos I get to work with â their growth, their confidence, their wins, big and small. And Iâm proud of myself for stepping out of a micromanaged school system and choosing to build something of my own.
In that system, I often felt like my strengths werenât truly seen. It sometimes felt like the loudest voices or the ones who âplayed the gameâ got the most recognition. That just wasnât me. I was the quiet one. I stayed in my classroom, focused on my students, and did what I believed each child needed â based on my degree, my training, and my continued professional development.
So I took that passion and built my own business â where I can serve the kids who need it most, the way they deserve.
This isnât about attention. Itâs about impact.
And Iâll always be proud of that. đ
