🎃 Day Two of Our Pumpkin Adventures! 🎃

Today was another beautiful day filled with sunshine, smiles, and excitement! Our Mighty Ranger Pre-K class headed to Simpson Methodist Church for a special pumpkin storytime and pumpkin-picking adventure. 🍂🚌

As the children eagerly watched for the school bus this morning, their excitement grew as they climbed aboard and set off on their pumpkin adventure!

Upon arrival, the children listened to a special story before heading out to the pumpkin patch to choose their very own pumpkin to take home. 🎃 Each child had a wonderful time selecting their perfect pumpkin!

Once back in the classroom, our little artists got creative! Using their fine motor skills and imagination, the children began painting their pumpkins and turning them into their own colorful masterpieces. 🎨🖌️

What a wonderful day filled with learning, creativity, and fall fun! We love watching our Mighty Rangers make special memories and enjoy these exciting seasonal adventures! 🧡🍁

🎃🍂 Our Rising Rockets Preschoolers’ First Field Trip! 🚌🎃

The day started off warm, sunny, and beautiful as our Rising Rocket Preschoolers climbed aboard the school bus for their very first field trip! ☀️

Our little adventurers headed to Simpson Methodist Church for a special story time and a fun-filled visit to the pumpkin patch! 📚🎃 The children were all smiles as they enjoyed their first school bus ride and set off on an exciting adventure to pick out their very own pumpkins!

What a wonderful way to make special memories, enjoy the fall season, and learn outside the classroom! We are so proud of our Rising Rockets and can’t wait for more adventures together! 🧡🍁

Our Mighty Rangers Pre-K class had a SLIMY good time becoming little scientists! 🧪❤️💛🧡

In honor of Fire Prevention Week, the children created their very own FIRE SLIME using the colors of fire: red, yellow, and orange! The children mixed together glue, shaving cream, paint, and contact solution to create their colorful, fiery slime.

Through this fun, hands-on science activity, our little scientists practiced their fine motor skills, explored different textures, and watched their ingredients transform into something exciting! We love finding creative ways to combine learning, science, and fun in the classroom! 🔥🧪✨

🚒 Community Helpers: Our Annual Fire Department Visit! 🚒

Today, we had our annual visit from our local fire department! A huge thank-you to the Cheesequake Fire Department for taking the time to visit Tots & Blocks Academy, bring the fire truck for the children to explore, and teach us all about fire safety! ❤️

Throughout the week, our little learners have been discovering the important roles of different community helpers, including firefighters. As we head into Fire Prevention Week, we will continue learning about fire safety and how to stay safe in an emergency.

Our children have been learning important safety tips, including Stop, Drop, and Roll, how and when to call 9-1-1, and remembering that fire is HOT! 🔥

The children had so much fun meeting the firefighters, exploring the fire truck, and proudly wearing their very own firefighter hats! 👨‍🚒👩‍🚒

Thank you again to the Cheesequake Fire Department for helping make learning about fire safety such a fun and memorable experience! 🚒❤️

🍎 Happy Fall! 🍂

As we come to the end of September and celebrate Johnny Appleseed Day, we have been learning all about apples and welcoming the beginning of the fall season!

Our children used their fine motor skills to create beautiful apple trees as well as Carmel apples using different paint colors, including red, yellow, and green. 🎨🍎

Our preschoolers have also been practicing their fine motor skills by tracing letters from an apple tree activity on our Smart Board. They also had fun using dry-erase markers to practice tracing and writing their names!

Our Pre-K friends had a fun-filled week exploring apples! They created their own apple projects, participated in an apple-tasting activity, and even took a poll to see which type of apple was their favorite. 🍏🍎🍏

What a fun way to welcome the fall season while learning, creating, and exploring!

Our school year is officially underway! 🎉 What better way to kick off the month of September than with our Justin Junior Sports Program! 🏃‍♀️🏀

The children had a fantastic first class of the session and were all smiles as they crawled through the tunnel, jumped on the trampoline, and enjoyed getting active with Coach Mo! 🤸‍♂️😊

Hocus Pocus…… What a Magical Day at Camp

Our campers were amazed as they enjoyed a fun filled magic show. From incredible illusions to hilarious tricks, the children watched in awe as the magician made the impossible seem possible. There were lots of laughs, smiles, and excited volunteers who helped make the magic come to life.
The interactive performance kept everyone engaged from beginning to end, creating unforgettable memories and inspiring our little ones to believe that a little imagination can make anything possible. It was truly a magical experience that brought wonder and excitement to our camp day.

Our campers were roaring into Dino Week! 🦕🦖

The children strengthened their fine motor skills by creating a variety of dinosaur-themed crafts using raw pasta, Q-tips, and even their own handprints and footprints. Their creativity and imagination were on full display!

For gross motor fun, our campers got up and moving by following along with "Dino Dan", stomping, stretching, and exercising just like dinosaurs.

Storytime featured dinosaur favorites such as Danny and the Dinosaur and The Land Before Time, helping bring our prehistoric theme to life.

We had a roaring good week filled with learning, creativity, movement, and plenty of dinosaur-sized fun!

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream. This yummy treat was our afternoon surprise on another hot and humid day. The children got to choose their ice cream and enjoy their sweet treat with friends in the class. So many choices and such a delicious way to cool down. Happy summer.

Week #3 of Summer Camp has been filled with fun as our campers became little chefs! The children created a delicious snack using Ritz crackers, bananas, and chocolate sauce as an afternoon snack.

Our crafty chefs also made a paper plate "Spaghetti and Meatballs" masterpiece. Using yellow strips of paper for spaghetti, white paper circles colored brown for meatballs, and finishing it off with red paint for sauce, the children created adorable works of art while strengthening their creativity and fine motor development.

Today was Water Play Day, and it couldn't have come at a better time on one of the hottest days of the week! Our younger campers had a blast splashing in the sensory water table filled with a variety of fun water squishies, while our older campers cooled off running through the sprinklers. There were lots of smiles, laughter, and happy memories made as everyone enjoyed a refreshing afternoon of water-filled fun!
