Electrolyte loading by drinking a quart of Gatorade 2 hours before your match and again 1 hour before your match will help. Keep drinking sips of water or Gatorade on every change over or every 25 minutes whether you are thirsty or not.

You don’t like playing in the heat? Time to face it head-on! 🥵

Some players naturally handle the sun better than others, but if you struggle, my number one advice is simple: train when it’s hottest — at noon. ☀️ Your first few sessions will probably feel terrible — maybe even two awful practices — but that’s exactly what your body needs. Avoiding the heat won’t help. The more you expose yourself to it, the better you’ll react when it counts, in a real match.

Do you think playing in extreme conditions should be part of every player’s routine? 🎾🔥
