Families: We are seeking your assistance in creating themed raffle baskets for our upcoming school carnival on Nov. 6. Below you will find the designated theme for each grade-level basket.

Jump Start/Pre-K - Snacks/Drinks
Kindergarten - Squishmallows
1st - Nerf
2nd - Pokémon
3rd - Bookworm
4th - Movie Night
5th - Sports

Please drop off all items at the front office by the end of the day on Friday, Oct. 30 so we have time to assemble the baskets and promote the raffle!

If it’s easier to make a monetary donation, we’re happy to do the shopping for the baskets. You can send cash to the office (please label it Carnival Raffle Basket Donation) or use Venmo if you prefer (QR code attached). We are so excited to invite you to the School Carnival, taking place at Heatherstone on Friday, November 6th from 6-8 p.m. It's going to be a great time!

Admission this year is $3 per family. Siblings are welcome to join the fun! Please be sure to complete a waiver for each child attending.

If the entry fee presents a hardship, please reach out to the PTO — we want every family to be able to attend.

We’ll have lots of exciting raffle items this year! More details to follow.

🎟 Raffle tickets are $1 each and can be purchased now through Cheddar Up.

Pre-purchased entrance bands and raffle tickets can be picked up on the evening of the carnival. Both will also be available for purchase at the event.
