Somerset Academy is growing!!! Which means we’re looking for caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated educators to join our team! Our center is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where young children can learn, grow, and succeed.
What You’ll Do:
• Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment for children and families
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning space
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to foster a positive team atmosphere
• Communicate effectively with families about children’s progress and daily experiences
What We’re Looking For:
• Passion for working with young children and helping them grow
• Dependable, patient, and team-oriented
• Experience in early childhood education or childcare preferred
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education a plus (but not required — we’ll train the right person!)
• Must meet state licensing requirements, including background check and health screening
