Randy Motley ('83) has finished his race. His wife, Vana, reported that Randy passed peacefully this morning surrounded by his loved ones. Randy served in ministry, led a corporate IT team, and eventually started his own travel agency. Earlier this spring, he gave our alumni a wonderful tutorial on how to plan the perfect vacation. Randy loved life. He loved his family. He loved Jesus, and Jesus loved him. Now, he is in the arms of Christ. Join us in praying for his family during this difficult time.

Still celebrating this group! 💙🩺

On August 6, we had the chance to celebrate our newest MNU nursing graduates at their pinning ceremony. There were lots of smiles, proud families, a few tears, and plenty of reasons to celebrate!

Pinning is always one of our favorite days because we get to recognize how much these students have accomplished and send them into the nursing profession knowing how proud we are of them.

We have way too many great pictures from the day to share in just one post, so there’s more to come! We’ll be highlighting our award recipients, Sigma inductees, and some of the individual pinning moments over the next several days.

Congratulations, nurses! We can’t wait to see what you do next. 💙

We had a great group of alums at our Legacy Family Brunch this morning. Andrew (‘98) and Jill (Wilkinson ‘96) Speicher interviewed the Kenney family — Corey (‘99), Jill (Bachman ‘98), and their incoming freshman daughter Amelia; President North welcomed the students and their families, sharing what had changed and what will never change at MNU; and we played the first-ever game of Pioneer Jeopardy, which the parents won. Excited to see what God is going to do through these students in the years ahead!
