🔥❤️ Building Connections, One Circle at a Time! ❤️🔥
At Okmulgee Primary, we believe that relationships come first. One of the activities I shared with our staff this year is called “Family Circle,” or what some call “Campfire Fridays.” 🏕️🔥
Every Friday, classes come together in a circle to slow down, connect, and simply talk. Students have the opportunity to share what went well, what didn’t, their wins, their struggles, what’s on their minds, or even things happening outside of school. Sometimes the most meaningful learning happens when we simply take the time to listen to one another. ❤️
Well… Mrs. Willingham’s class took Campfire Friday to a whole new level! 😂🔥 They had meaningful conversations, laughed, connected, AND enjoyed a yummy snack! She definitely set the scene with the campfire video on the TV, and the students even got to roast marshmallows!
Because, as Mrs. Willingham proves… Science class is cool like that! 🧪🔥😂
These are the moments that build trust, create belonging, and remind our students that they are seen, they are heard, and they matter.
So proud of our teachers for finding creative ways to build relationships and make school a place where kids feel connected and loved. 💙🐾
This is what being a Bulldog family is all about! 🐾❤️
